Every Ramona Bags piece is handmade and carefully packed before it begins its journey to you.

Processing Time
Most orders are prepared and shipped within 3–7 business days. If your item is made to order or part of a custom request, processing may take longer. Any extended processing times will be noted on the product page.

Shipping
We currently ship from Canada, depending on where the item is made and available. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Delivery
While we do our best to ensure your order arrives safely, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll work with you to find a solution.
