Are your items handmade?
Yes! Every piece is handmade by me, one stitch at a time. Because each item is crafted individually, slight variations make every piece unique. You are going to see different details in each of them.

What materials do you use?
I carefully select high-quality reclaimed fabric yarns and other durable materials to create beautiful pieces that are made to be loved and used for years to come. Sustainability is at the heart of what we do, we believe in circular fashion by giving textiles a second life and transforming them into something both functional and beautiful. Whenever possible, we choose reclaimed and repurposed materials to reduce waste and celebrate mindful craftsmanship. That is what mom believed.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Since each product is handmade, there may be small differences in shape, color placement, or stitch tension, because of the digital photos, but we try to take the pictures to look as close as the real product.

How should I care for my crochet item?
We recommend gentle hand washing in cool water with mild detergent. Lay flat to dry to help your item keep its shape. We include instructions for caring your item.

Do you accept custom orders?
Depending on my current workload, I may accept custom requests, also to create small wedding favors. Feel free to contact me with your idea, and I'll let you know if it's possible.

How long does it take to make an item?
Processing times vary depending on the piece and current order volume. Handmade creations take time, and I appreciate your patience while I make something special just for you. But the products that are in the web are the ones that we currently have in stock.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Why are handmade items more expensive than mass-produced products?

Each piece is created by hand, requiring hours of careful work, quality materials, and attention to detail. When you purchase handmade, you're supporting an independent artist and owning something truly one of a kind.

Can I request gift wrapping?

Absolutely! If you're sending your order as a gift, let me know and I'll package it with extra care whenever possible.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each item is handmade, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. If there's an issue with your order, please contact me within a few days of receiving it, and I'll do my best to help.

Please note that slight variations in size, shape, stitch pattern, or color are a natural part of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects. Additionally, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device settings. For these reasons, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted based solely on minor variations or color differences.
