At Ramona Bags, every item is handmade with care. Because of the time and craftsmanship that goes into each piece, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll do our best to make it right.

Please keep in mind that:

• Every item is handmade, so slight variations in size, shape, stitch pattern, and finishing are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.

• We work with reclaimed fabric yarns whenever possible, which means colors and textures may vary slightly from one piece to another.

• Colors may appear different depending on your screen or device settings.
